Innisfree Receives Top Proxy Solicitor Rankings in Activism for 2021

January 5, 2022 (New York, New York). Innisfree has been named the top Global Proxy Solicitor for companies by the Bloomberg Global Activism Review for the 2021 calendar year. It has also been named #1 Proxy Solicitor in 2021 by Insightia (Activist Insight).
It was a banner year for Innisfree, which worked on 75 activist situations at companies with an aggregate market cap of approximately $1 trillion. Among its most noteworthy representations was the groundbreaking proxy fight by Engine No. 1 against ExxonMobil.

Additionally, in 2021, Innisfree advised companies in numerous other situations involving activists such as Carl Icahn, JANA Partners, Elliott Management, Barington Capital Group, Sarissa Capital, Scopia Capital Partners, Sachem Head Capital Management, Corvex, Politan Capital Management, Mantle Ridge, Ancora Advisors, Saba, Bulldog, Land and Buildings Investment Management, and Avoro Capital.
